Marrying Mozart’s beautiful music with a witty script, our production of The Magic Flute celebrates the birth of teen culture in this timeless coming-of-age story by delving into the other-wordliness which glamorous Hollywood brought to post blitz London.

It provides the perfect setting for the trials and body and spirit that ensure; with Tamino finding enduring love with Pamina, and Papageno the birdman, discovering his soul mate in Papagena. But is everything really as it seems? Enjoy the true magic of Mozart through this endearing tale of love and enlightenment, often referred to as the composers most transcendent and moving work.
